Data Deletion Policy
At OmniNiche Studio, operated by OmniFlow Ventures LLC, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains what data we store, how you can request its deletion, and what happens when you do.
1. What Data We Store
When you use OmniNiche Studio, we collect and store the following categories of data:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, hashed password, and subscription details.
- Content Data: Scripts, video configurations, niche settings, generated images, and published video metadata.
- Connected Accounts: OAuth tokens and profile information for social media platforms you have connected (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction timestamps for analytics purposes.
- Payment Information: Billing records managed through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data through either of the following methods:
- Account Settings: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the Platform. This initiates an immediate deletion request.
- Email Request: Send a deletion request to privacy@omniniche.studio with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
3. What Happens When You Request Deletion
Upon receiving your deletion request, we will:
- Immediately deactivate your account and revoke all active sessions;
- Delete your personal information (name, email, profile data) within 30 days;
- Permanently remove all generated content (scripts, videos, images) from our storage;
- Revoke all connected social media OAuth tokens;
- Remove your billing information from our records (Stripe may retain records as required by financial regulations).
Certain data may be retained beyond 30 days only where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes. Any retained data will be anonymized where possible.
4. Third-Party Platform Data
When you connect third-party accounts to OmniNiche Studio, those platforms may independently store data about your usage. Deleting your OmniNiche Studio account removes data on our side, but you should also:
- Facebook / Instagram (Meta): Review and manage your connected apps at facebook.com/settings > Apps and Websites.
- YouTube (Google): Manage third-party access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- TikTok: Manage authorized apps in your TikTok settings under Security > Manage App Permissions.
Content that was already published to these platforms before deletion will remain on those platforms and must be removed directly through each platform.
5. Facebook / Instagram Data Deletion Callback
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to OmniNiche Studio via Meta Login, you can also initiate data deletion directly from your Facebook settings by removing our app. When you do, Meta sends us a deletion callback and we automatically remove all data associated with your Meta account from our systems within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once the process is complete.
